Refund Policy

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy:

All of our products are Print on Demand, which means the item enters printing production only after the purchase has been completed. Unless the item arrives faulty or damaged, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Please be sure to check all Sizing Guides carefully before making a purchase.

Our delivery times given during the checkout process are estimates only. Unless the item does not arrive within 30 days of placing the order, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for items that do not arrive within the estimated delivery time.

Our product images are mock-ups only. Because all of our items are printed to order, the size and positioning of text, imagery, and other design elements, such as ink colouring, may vary from the images shown. Unless the item arrives faulty or damaged, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for slight variations in the designs.

What if the product is faulty?

In the rare case that your product is faulty, please email us at with a clear photo and description of the fault, and we'll get in touch with you to arrange a replacement or, if this is not possible, a refund.

What if my order does not arrive?

Although rare, parcels occasionally go missing in the post. We're unable to issue replacements until 10 working days after your UK order has been dispatched or 28 days for orders from the EU and the rest of the world.

If your order doesn't arrive, you will need to check at the local post office before contacting us. In order to provide a replacement, we must be notified within 25 days of any orders that have not arrived.

What if I haven't received my refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Customer Responsibilities:

Vegan Original cannot be held responsible for any customs charges, taxes, delays, or for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. However, in the rare circumstance of the above, we will do all we can to help you resolve the issue. The responsibility of making a claim against the shipping carrier lies with the customer. We advise customers to contact their local customs office for further details on customs and duties.
